MY STORY
I believe in the power of movement to not only strengthen the body but also the mind. It is through movement that we can find strength to manage all things in life. I focus on functional movement and strength training, combining weight training with bodyweight work, cardiovascular work and yoga to help you find movement patterns that feel good in your body. I believe in working with the body that you bring on any given day, and working to honor and challenge that body.
