This is your launchpad for personal and professional growth. Gain knowledge in functional body alignment, anatomy, yoga history and philosophy, and how to lead a safe, fun, empowering class experience. While deepening your personal practice, you will also learn what it means to "live yoga" and have additional opportunities for growth in areas of your life beyond the mat.

Yoga Philosophy for Modern Life
Explore post-classical yogic teachings in a way that’s accessible, relevant, and inspiring. You’ll study foundational texts and concepts and learn how to apply the teachings meaningfully to your own life and practice.
Meditation and Pranayama
Develop a personal meditation practice and learn breathwork (pranayama) techniques that promote presence, clarity, and energetic balance—tools you can pass on to your future students.


Anatomy and Functional Movement:
Understand the body in motion and learn how to observe, assess, and support different bodies in a yoga class. This includes foundational anatomy, common movement patterns, and how yoga supports healthy, sustainable movement.
Intelligent Sequencing and Teaching Techniques
Learn how to design safe, effective, and inspiring class sequences. You'll explore peak pose, theme-based, and energetically balanced sequencing along with the skills that bring a class to life—voice, pacing, cueing, and more.

Cueing for All Levels
Practice clear, inclusive language that supports students with varying levels of experience and ability. You’ll learn to offer variations, avoid over-cueing, and teach with both structure and freedom.
Props and Hands-On
Assists
Discover how props can make yoga more accessible and effective. Learn the art of safe, respectful hands-on assists that deepen awareness and connection.
Practice Teaching and Feedback
Build confidence through regular teaching practice. You’ll lead sequences, receive constructive feedback, and grow through direct experience—learning by doing in a supportive, encouraging environment.
